William Kerr's Borders Gin is a 100% Scottish gin. The spirit is distilled from barley grown within 20 miles of the distillery, in the copper stills that made the distillery's single malts. The spirit is redistilled in a Carterhead Still and gently steams the botanicals in the spirit vapours instead of boiling them. The method captures subtle aromas and complex flavours. 

Kerr's gin has a unique rounded mouthfeel and works brilliantly with tonic water's bitterness to deliver a delicious, balanced G&T. On its own, it is a great sipper for those days where one just like to have something stronger.
