The Kyoto distillery makes some fantastic gins under the brand of Ki No Bi. The "Sei" is one of the cask strength gins bottled at 54.5% abv by the distillery. Juniper notes stand out in the Ki No Bi, but the subtle green tea notes in the gin, especially when mixed with an excellent tonic water is the testimony to its excellence.
