Tasting Notes from Dram Mor:

Nose: Fresh yellow apple and yellow pear atoms, a good layer of vanilla, baking spice and a touch of toasted oak.

Palate: Complex, with cooked apple, ripe apricot, rum-soaked sultanas, vanilla, honey & walnut.

Finish: Sweet yellow fruit, sugar barley, white pepper. slowly developing the light, yet complex array of flavours locked away within this bottle. Lingering sophistication.
