Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet caramel and spice mix of star Anais, fresh orange and lime peel, cinnamon, woody back note.

Palate: Velvety mouthfeel of stewed dessert pears, white grape, and a touch of cinnamon-like spice. Very warming with a developing Manuka honey and a herbal note.

Finish: Medium, delicate. Crisp, yet warming zestiness.
